Beautifully decorated lobby, nice views.
Terrible security, rowdy and uncontrolled guests.

I must admit that when checking in, the hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. They even offered to upgrade my room if something became available. However, at checkout when we complained about being kept awake all night long because of the noise disturbance, they made false promises about reimbursements and compensation. We had a miserable stay because their security was unable to control the noise and immature behavior of some guests celebrating a 30th birthday. ...read more

Noisy, rowdy guests and street noise.

This hotel is charming, old world feel, antique furnishings. However, rooms are generally small. Because it's an old hotel, noises in the hallway and adjoining rooms are audible. Our room was very small.

The location was great that is why we stayed there.
The room was tiny. Very old. Loud music and lights outside our window. I seriously think the bed had bed bugs.

My wife and I both woke up with small bug bites on our feet and they itched like crazy. I seriously would not pay money to stay there again.
